This second installment reconstructs Food Regime theory (TRA) as a diagram of the category of sets. The conceptual structure of potential TRA models is shown as a diagram of points (sets) and arrows (functions). Each of the morphisms involved is detailed, emphasizing the domain, codomain and corresponding mapping. In each case a partial illustration of the internal diagram of the arrow in question is included. The structure of actual TRA models is also presented with the help of a diagram. Likewise, graphics are used to highlight some constraints of the theory. Finally, a preliminary discussion of the possible intertheoretical links of TRA is given.
